Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrived defective.

Refunds If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
